I absolutely love going to Felicity nails and Spa! As soon as I walk in the doors I’m greeted with the best hug ever and shown so much love and appreciation for coming. Cara has been doing my nails and eyebrows for over three years and she always meets my every need. Gigi does my pedicures and she’s also great at what she does. The atmosphere is great and the entire staff goes above and beyond. I recommend everyone I know to come here they are the best of the best and I’m honored to have been a customer for over three years.

I waited a full day before writing this review because I truly didn’t want to, everyone else we interacted with was great. Unfortunately, our experience with one stylist overshadowed that. My two daughters and I came in for manicures and pedicures. A stylist named Cindy worked on my daughters’ nails and my pedicure. My older daughter asked for plain red nails with a small snowflake design. Cindy declined, saying her nails were too small, which was fine, no issue there. My younger daughter chose blue and white nails. I asked for a small yellow heart on each index finger for a football game. Cindy agreed but then did a completely different design without asking or explaining. Again, I chose not to say anything because it wasn’t a big deal. When it came time for my pedicure, I told Cindy I wanted my toes to match my fingernails. She immediately said no, stating my toenails were too small. I then asked if we could at least do the design on the big toe and a solid color on the rest. At that point, she became visibly frustrated, spoke to the stylist next to her about how to do it, and grew snappy with me. She applied white with glitter to my toes, but the glitter barely showed. She explained this was because I chose regular polish instead of gel, which I intentionally chose because I already felt uncomfortable with how resistant she was to doing what I asked and wanted the option to remove it if needed. She then argued that the result didn’t look good because of that choice. When she asked if I liked it, I said “it’s fine,” trying to avoid conflict. She responded sharply, saying, “It’s not fine, you’re acting unsatisfied.” I again said it was fine and that it wasn’t a big deal, just wanting to avoid an argument. She was supposed to do a blended white on my big toe but instead did a solid white with half glitter, which felt rushed and done for convenience rather than what was requested. Another client next to me even apologized to me for how I was being treated, which was very validating but also uncomfortable. I rarely take time to do things like this for myself anymore, and this experience honestly discouraged me from wanting to come back. I do want to note that another stylist who worked on my daughters went above and beyond and even added designs to her nails that Cindy had refused to do. That stylist was wonderful. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve communication and customer service, because the way this situation was handled was disappointing. I changed my rating because the owner reached out and from the experience I had with him taking care of my daughter yesterday I think he deserves the rating. I wasn’t aware that he was the owner but he goes above and beyond for his customers.

First time coming to the salon and I can honestly say it was a great experience from start to finish. Very clean and busy which was a great sign upon arrival. I was able to get seated and serviced within minutes of coming in. The pricing is great considering other places I’ve paid $20-$40 more than what I did for a full set ombré. I look forward to my next appointment!

I got my nails done with Cara and she was so sweet! I absolutely loved the way they turned out and they even suprised me since it’s almost my birthday. It was my first time there but next time I get my nails done I’ll definitely be back!
